Return Process

  Log in to your account dashboard and select the order containing the images you wish to return to start the formal request process.

  Verification Review

  Our team will review your request within 24 hours to ensure the digital files have not been used in active campaigns or modified.

• 3.
  License Deactivation

  Once approved, the specific image license will be revoked from your account, and you must delete any downloaded copies from your local storage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or credited to your store account balance within 3 to 5 business days.
